Chief Executive Officer

About the Role

The CEO is responsible for leading Bleenk’s execution, operations, and business growth in close alignment with the CTO and CCO. This is a highly collaborative leadership position within a founder-led structure, where strategic product and technical direction is driven by the CTO, and partnerships and client-facing execution are led by the CCO.

The CEO focuses on building and scaling the company’s operational engine—ensuring fast execution across teams, structured decision-making, and effective coordination between business, product, and partnership functions. The role requires strong alignment with leadership, as major initiatives and external commitments are executed jointly across CEO, CTO, and CCO.

This is a hands-on role where success is defined by execution quality, organizational clarity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day company operations
• Execute business strategy in alignment with CTO and leadership direction
• Build and manage internal execution systems, processes, and operational structure
• Drive growth across users, revenue, and market expansion
• Coordinate closely with CCO on partnerships, clients, and external engagements
• Participate jointly with CTO and CCO in key external representation (events, accelerators, conferences)
• Support fundraising activities alongside CTO
• Oversee cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, and business development
• Ensure alignment between business execution and product/technical direction
• Scale organizational capacity as the company grows

Requirements

• Proven experience in startup operations, business execution, or early-stage company building
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions
• Ability to execute in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure
• Experience in growth, operations, business development, or general management roles
• Understanding of technology products (SaaS, AI, developer tools, or similar ecosystems is a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in a founder-led, multi-leadership structure with shared decision-making
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to execution detail
• Experience collaborating closely with technical and product teams is preferred
• Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)
