Introductory Compliance Declaration

ROBI LABS LLC, a limited liability company incorporated, registered, and existing under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, doing business as BLEENK(hereinafter "Robi Labs," "Bleenk," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to being transparent about how and why we process data.

This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how and when we use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies") on our website, the Bleenk App Builder platform, and all associated dashboards, services, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

This platform is systematically designed to align with global electronic privacy regulations, including the European Union ePrivacy Directive (commonly referred to as the "EU Cookie Law") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By continuing to navigate the site, registering an account, or enabling companion dev tools, you explicitly accept and consent to our deployment of essential and functional Tracking Technologies under the conditions set forth herein.

Section 1: What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

1.1 What is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters that is transferred and saved onto your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or hardware device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to recognize your browser, persist your active login status, track user sessions, and remember your interface configurations.

1.2 Cookie Classifications

  • First-Party Cookies: These are cookies set directly by Bleenk. They are critical for securing your developer workspace, validating CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) tokens, and identifying your user credentials.
  • Third-Party Cookies: These are set by domains other than Bleenk (such as our payment gateway Stripe, our analytics suites, or third-party OAuth provider authentication blocks).
  • Session Cookies: Temporary cookies that remain active only during your current browser session. They are destroyed the moment you close your browser or log out.
  • Persistent Cookies:These cookies remain saved in your browser's subfolders for a specified lifespan (or until you manually clear them) and are reactivated each time you return to the Platform.

1.3 Other Technologies: Browser LocalStorage & SessionStorage

Our advanced IDE features (including the Monaco Code Editor, keyboard shortcut registries, and custom canvas layouts) utilize your browser’s LocalStorage andSessionStorage instead of traditional cookies. This allows us to cache heavy interface settings locally, reducing server payload times and accelerating application generation.

Section 2: How Bleenk Uses Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We deploy Tracking Technologies within four functional categories:

2.1 Category 1: Strictly Necessary (Essential) Cookies

These cookies are mandatory for the basic operation, security, and integrity of the Platform. The Services cannot be rendered or navigated safely without them.

  • User Authentication: Storing secure, encrypted JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to verify who you are and authorize your access to your project workspaces.
  • System Integrity & CSRF Protection: Injecting security tokens to protect your forms, container executions, and deployments against cross-site scripting (XSS) and request-forgery exploits.
  • Domain Compliance Verification: Keeping temporary parameters to check your email domain against our compliance registries (allowlists and blocklists).

These cookies are automatically deployed upon visiting our site and cannot be disabled in our preference menus.

2.2 Category 2: Preference and Functionality Cookies

These cookies allow the Platform to remember the customizable options you choose, delivering a tailored, intuitive developer experience.

  • Theming Engine: Storing your active UI theme selection (such as default-dark, midnight, rose, or sunset) so your workspace looks consistent on every visit.
  • Editor Settings: Preserving your preferred Monaco Code Editor configurations, font sizes, word-wrap settings, and minimap displays.
  • Interactive Shortcuts: Caching your custom keyboard shortcut overrides and dashboard layout presets inside your local storage.

2.3 Category 3: Performance, Analytics, and Error-Tracking

These systems help us understand how our Platform, AI agents, and worker pods perform, allowing us to find bugs, optimize compiler speeds, and improve interface structures.

  • Execution Latency: Measuring how fast our FastAPI routers, WebSocket streams, and ARQ workers respond to your agent requests.
  • Error and Crash Reporting: Identifying client-side JavaScript crashes or browser interface faults to ensure platform stability.
  • Anonymized Traffic Analysis: Aggregating visitor volumes, regional origins, and feature usage frequencies.

All analytical data is collected in an aggregated and strictly anonymized format.

2.4 Category 4: Security Integrations & OAuth (Third-Party Cookies)

We integrate third-party solutions to manage financial checkouts and offer single-sign-on (SSO) login options.

  • Stripe Payment Gateway: Stripe, Inc. places cookies on our billing portals strictly to verify sessions, authenticate secure cards, prevent financial fraud, and process billing checkouts.
  • OAuth Authentication Providers: If you choose to link or log in using GitHub orGoogle, these external platforms place cookies on your browser to complete secure authentication handshakes.

Section 3: Cookies Placed on User-Generated Websites (Critical Disclaimer)

BLEENK IS A WEBSITE AND APPLICATION COMPILER. THIS SECTION EXPRESSLY SETS FORTH ROBI LABS LLC'S EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY REGARDING USER-GENERATED SITES.

3.1 Separate Legal Responsibility

  • Independent Sites: The applications, landing pages, automation scripts, and database frontends you build and host on Bleenk run inside isolated Kubernetes namespaces or Docker networks under your complete control.
  • No Platform Control: If you choose to place cookies, pixels, or trackers on websites or web applications that you generate, host, or deploy via Bleenk (such as Google Analytics tracking codes, Facebook pixels, or session cookies), you do so as an independent Data Controller.
  • Exclusion of Platform Liability: Robi Labs LLC does not configure, monitor, audit, or assume any legal liability for Tracking Technologies placed by you on your AI-generated apps. It is your sole, absolute responsibility to publish an independent Privacy and Cookie Policy on your generated site and to secure necessary user consents in compliance with local ePrivacy and GDPR regulations.

Section 4: Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have the absolute right to control, block, or delete cookies saved on your devices.

4.1 Browser-Level Settings

You can configure your browser to block all cookies, accept only certain first-party cookies, clear cookies upon browser exit, or alert you before a cookie is saved. You can find detailed cookie management instructions in the official menus of the major browsers:

4.2 Impact of Disabling Cookies

If you configure your browser to reject all cookies, you understand that Bleenk will not be able to authenticate your active identity. Consequently, you will not be able to log in, access your private workspaces, prompt our AI agents, or use any of the core developer features of the Platform.

Section 5: Updates to This Cookie Policy

Robi Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Cookie Policy at any time. If we make changes to our cookie practices, we will update this document and adjust the "Last Updated" date at the top of the file. If changes are material, we will provide a platform alert or email notice to ensure you are fully informed of our data tracking updates.
