• Bleenk is not liable for errors, bugs, or damages caused by generated code

• Some outputs may resemble existing works due to training patterns, not copying

• Bleenk is not responsible for third-party API rate limits, outages, or data loss

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid plan. If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize recurring billing until cancellation

• Prices may change with prior notice

• No refunds are provided unless required by law

• Your subscription may be suspended for non-payment

Student plans, discounts, or promotional codes may have additional eligibility requirements.

8. Prohibited Activities

AI outputs are provided without any guarantees.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Robi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss

• Revenue loss

• Business interruption

• System failure

• Damages caused by AI-generated code

• Issues arising from third-party integrations

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Bleenk in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robi Labs, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of third-party rights
