FAQ

Common questions about Bleenk cloud — models, billing, data, deployment, and limits.

General

What is Bleenk? Bleenk is a managed cloud for building AI agents, full-stack apps, scheduled automations, and installable apps. You work in a real IDE with sandboxes, snapshots, and visual architecture — at app.bleenk.app.

Do I need to run my own servers? No for Bleenk cloud. Sign up, create a workspace, and build. Teams that need on-prem or air-gapped deploys should contact us for enterprise options.

Models

  • Which models work? Major cloud providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Mistral, Qwen, DeepSeek, xAI, and more) via unified routing.
  • Do I need my own API key? Optional — use Bleenk credits or attach BYOK keys under Settings.
  • Can I switch models mid-project? Yes, per chat message or per-agent defaults.

Projects & import

  • Import existing code? Yes — GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket URL, or pick a template.
  • What stacks are supported? React, Next.js, Node, Python, Go, and more via bases and agent scaffolding.
  • Export? Every project is git-backed; push to any remote anytime.

Deployment & channels

  • Where can I deploy? Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, Railway, Render, Fly.io, Heroku, and others — see Deployment.
  • Slack or Telegram bots? Configure channels under workspace Settings → Channels.
  • Publish for others? Use Publishing apps and the Marketplace.

Privacy & limits

  • Is my code private? Yes within your workspace permissions; sandboxes are isolated per project.
  • Usage limits? Agent cost caps, iteration limits, and concurrent sandbox limits apply per plan — see Billing.
  • Support? Use /contact or your account manager for enterprise.
